Platform Update — Every Payment Now Has Automatic Payout Verification

Divinity min read

What We Built

After every membership payment on OnlyCrypto, a new automated check now runs in the background. We call it the payout monitor.

It does one job: verify that every payout that should have been queued actually was.

For every payment, the monitor checks:

  • Was a trader payout queued for the member's lead trader?
  • Was a referral payout queued for the member's sponsor (L1)?
  • Were business wallet splits recorded correctly?

If any of those are missing, an alert fires immediately — before anyone even notices something went wrong.

Why We Built This

Until now, payout failures were silent. The system would attempt a payout, something would go wrong (a validation error, a DB glitch, an edge case we hadn't seen before), and the payout just wouldn't go out. No alarm. No retry.

We found out about some of these failures after the fact — by which point traders and members had already gone without payment they were owed.

The monitor changes that. Now if a payout doesn't queue, we know within seconds.

Permanent Payout Audit Records

We also added permanent payout audit logs. Every payment now writes a detailed record showing:

  • Who received money
  • How much (in USD and XRP)
  • What type of payout it was (trader, referral, biz split)
  • The status of each row
  • A direct link to the XRP Ledger transaction

These records never disappear. Admins can search them at any time. Members can see their payout history inside the dashboard.

What This Means for You

As a member, this means your payouts are now verified automatically. You don't need to follow up or wonder if something went out. The system watches itself.

As a trader, this means your $10 activation payout is now confirmed after every new member joins under your profile.

The Bigger Picture

OnlyCrypto is built on XRP specifically because every transaction is verifiable on-chain. The payout monitor is the software layer that enforces that same transparency internally — making sure that what the system does matches what it's supposed to do, every single time.
