Platform Update — Full Payout Breakdown Now Visible in Admin Panel
What Changed
The admin panel now shows a complete payout breakdown for every membership payment.
Before this update, admins could see that a payment came in and that payouts were queued — but not the detail. You'd see a total and a status, nothing more.
Now, clicking any payment event in the Grouped Payout Events view expands it to show:
- Every payout row for that payment
- Payout type — trader activation, referral L1-7, business split, educator pool
- Recipient name — the actual member or wallet that received it
- Amount — in USD and XRP
- Status — queued, completed, failed, or cancelled
- TX hash — a direct clickable link to the transaction on the XRP Ledger explorer
Why It Matters
Before this, if a member asked "did my referral commission go out?" the only way to confirm was to dig through raw database records or check the XRP Ledger manually.
Now the answer is one click away. Every payment, every split, every status — visible at a glance.
Cancelled and Failed Rows Are Excluded from Totals
We also fixed a calculation bug where cancelled and failed payout rows were being counted in the total payout amounts shown per event. Now only successful rows count toward totals. The cancelled/failed rows are still shown in the breakdown for transparency, but they don't inflate the numbers.
What's Next
The payout system now has three layers of reliability:
- The payout engine — processes every payment and queues splits automatically
- The payout monitor — verifies all expected rows were queued after every payment
- The audit log — permanent record of every split, searchable forever
These three working together mean the platform can catch, flag, and resolve payout issues faster than ever — and give members and traders full confidence that every dollar is accounted for.
